About Flip MediaFlip Media is me, Laurie Barker. Currently based in France Hossegor, I'm a Web Designer / Web Developer / Graphic Designer, available on a contract or freelance basis. This site is my CV / Resume. If you browse any deeper than this page, you will discover the skills I possess and my experience. The geeky bit... My CV is stored as a set of XML files, these files supply the content to the different formats that my CV is available in. I use PHP to read the XML files for the HTML and Word Version's. I'm planning to use ActionScript for a Flash version and Ajax for a Web 2 version. Changes made to the XML CV files are instantly available across all of the different versions, making it easy for me to update and maintain my CV across multiple formats. |
